The Peninsula Yoga Centre is located on the “Gnostic” corner, right in the hub of the spiritual heart of the Woy Woy Peninsula.
As the only traditional Yoga Studio in Woy Woy we offer Yoga practices in a dedicated room that is air conditioned, carpeted and fully equipped. Parking is easily available on the street and in the Council car park across the road, bicycle racks have been installed and we’re very close to public transport.
Peninsula Yoga Studio complies with all the professional standards and codes of conduct outlined by those organisations. Where committed to offering our classes in a safe, respectful and professional way.
Yoga classes are developed to match the individual needs of each person. Programmes are offered to cater for people of all levels of health and wellness from the beginner to more advance practitioners.
Yoga movement can be modified for people of all levels of fitness, strength and flexibility. As a beginner you will be given instruction on how to move and place your body into the various positions based on an assessment of your body type, your medical history or any special need that you may have. Yoga is accessible and beneficial to any person interested in their own health and well being. You do not need to come to yoga class with a particular body type or having previously practiced. All you need is an open mind, a desire to be healthy and a positive attitude.

There is no special yoga clothing and shoes are not required. Yoga is not a religion but an ancient philosophy of wellness that outlines a blueprint for life. At Peninsula Yoga the yoga practice model is very simple, move, breath, focus, relax. Your body is moved through a series of exercise in tune with your breath which creates mind focus and overall relaxation.
In addition to our group classes we also offer specialised programmes including, private classes, corporate, rehabilitation and special needs Yoga.
